LILLET BLANC - "CASCO BAY" EP

Beach House, meet "Guest House", the opening track of Lillet Blanc's new EP, "Casco Bay".  Brooklyn has no shortage of indie pop bands but not many of them have a vision as taunt and realized as Lillet Blanc's. Over the EP's six tracks they expertly combine C86-style guitar textures with slightly atonal vocal melodies. You can hear them continuously expressing a desire to push the boundaries of pop music, which is always a good thing. We haven't figured out when they're dropping a full length, but we do know it will be a tour de force!
