Laundry Day is a New Haven, CT indie rock band whose latest album, "It's Cool, It's Whatever", is full of crunchy guitars and tasty melodies. The vocals of Alex Burnet resemble  J Mascis, with more emotional variety. Laundry Day manages to bring back the sound of your favorite 90s bands, joined together with a muscular power pop edge. This band along with others like Bilge Rat is putting New Haven on the map as a hotbed of the scene. Definitely check them out!
